Returns

Customers have up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect and decide whether they want to keep the knife. If the customer decides not keep their purchase.  The customer must call for a return authorization.  The knife must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.  Upon receiving item and inspection  is cleared,  a refund will be issued less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If the 48 hours has lapsed our warranty terms will be recognized. The JE Roorda warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship due to normal use. JE Roorda knives are designed to be used for cutting exclusively, they are not to be used as a screwdriver, chisels, picks, wedges, or pry bars. Any signs of that of type abuse to the knife will void any and all warranties accompanying the knife.
